About Us

Ski Utah is the marketing arm of the Utah Ski & Snowboard Association and has been creating brand awareness of and demand for the Utah wintersports product since its inception in 1975. Ski Utah owns and maintains skiutah.com with the most up-to-date snow and travel information. The Ski Utah Snow Report, compiled each morning by Ski Utah staff, is distributed to hundreds of media outlets throughout the country, posted on skiutah.com and recorded on a hotline for skiers and snowboarders. The snow report is also available through the Ski Utah app on iPhone, Android and other devices. Ski Utah aims to inspire and educate thravellers through social media content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.

Ski Utah is dedicated to promoting and preserving the ski and snowboard industry in Utah. As of April 2022, Ski Utah is Climate Neutral Certified! Ski Utah staff worked with Climate Neutral to measure and offset emissions at 313 MT for 2021 and will now focus on reducing emissions and will advocate for better climate policy in Utah. When a brand gets certified, it achieves zero net carbon emissions for all of the carbon it creates for business travel, employee commuting and office utilities for a calendar year.
