How To: Date in a Ski Town

by Powderhound Cat February 9 2012 3 Comments

Until Ski Utah confirmed it, I thought the singles line at Snowbird was a joke. Then, I thought it was a neat idea.

Twitter and Facebook filled up with comments like "it'll be all guys" and "there are no girls".

Not true.

I know tons of locals who do/host/enjoy Ladies Night Out. There are tons of single, beautiful women in Utah.

The problem SEEMS to be the lines guys use to try to pick up on my friends. You need some help!

So, here are some of the best Skier Pick Up lines I've seen.

Add your own in the comments!

*I can clear snow off my goggles...with my tongue.

*What is your DIN setting?

*Like my jacket? It's boyfriend material.

*There's room in my Saga hoodie for both of us!

*Let's take a gondola ride together.

*I'm a ski instructor.

*Are your hands cold? I can help you keep them warm.

*Nice boots.

*Nice rockers.

*I have a job.

*Wanna see my top sheet?

*Let's go work on our technique together.

*I'm wondering which is softer, the snow or your skin?

*Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I ski by you again?

*Let's make our first date memorable: first chair and first tracks.

*I have an ava-lung, which means I don't have to come up for air.

And my personal favorite:

*Looks like they have been doing avalanche control around here, because I just found me a bombshell!

If all else fails:

*Do you know how much a polar bear weighs? Enough to break the ice!

*Let it snow*
