Years ago snowboarding was for kids 7 and above. Nowadays they start them at 3! Snowbasin has a specific learning method starting at Burton's Riglet Park. The learning programs, the views, the food and the atmosphere makes Snowbasin one of my kids' favorite resorts.

Disney's Cloud 9 movie shot in Utah debuts Friday

Last winter a cute Disney film was shot in Utah. The set was up for about 3 weeks at the bottom of the half pipe and features a story of a prima donna snowboarder and her training with a former snowboarding champ. A perfect backdrop for boarding and a great family movie!
