The "Peak" at Park City Mountain Resort is open and the word of the day is ridiculous! That's because the skiing out here right now is just that. It's ridiculously good! The snow was so deep even I was blown away by it.  Often times when shooting video or taking photos we really need to work at getting a good shot set up. Today was one of those days that we didn't even have to try. 

Matt Baydala, originally from Rockville Centre, New York, sniffed his way to Park City, Utah in 2006. Since then, he has built a career as the Owner of the Park City restaurant Yuki Yama Sushi. His passion and appreciation for the diversity of Utah’s wintersports product make him the perfect Powderhound.
