It’s been snowing in Utah, it’s been snowing a lot! Just thought I'd quickly mention some differences between this season and last.

YTD Snowfall as of December 17th at Alta has been 153”

Last year we only saw 86” as of December 17

To really put things in perspective, it took until January 23, 2012 to for Alta to accumulate over 150” last season.

Another sign that the skiing is pretty incredible right now, Jupiter Lift at Park City Mountain Resort and 9,990 Lift at the Canyons are both open and skiing incredibly well.  It took until February 1st last season to get the Jupiter Lift open. Even Park City has already been buried by over 101" of snowfall this season!

Check out some of the incredible photos we took this Sunday off the 9,990 Lift at The Canyons.

Oh yeah, and another Monster Dump dropped on Utah again last night.
