If you're one of the few on the slopes without a helmet, it's time to protect your head—no excuses, as there are ample styles and choices out there designed to keep you safe on the hill. Dr Stuart Willick, a Sports Medicine physician at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center, walks you around a local ski shop discussing various helmet options.
