Linda Scholl is back for the second week in a row. Scholl, a Physical Therapist at the University of Utah Health Care University Orthopaedic Center, wants you to build strength. No, we're not talking protein shakes and heavy weight lifting exercises—we're talking safe, practical workouts designed to help you increase your strength to best prepare you for the slopes.
