What I wouldn’t give to go back to school.  Surf some powder and score school credit all in the same semester at Winter at Westminster.  Keep your soul happy, keep your parents happy.  Westminster College is located just 30 minutes from the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, 30 minutes from one of the planet’s most cherished ski and snowboard Meccas.

The Winter at Westminster program offers college students from all over the country the chance to spend spring semester shoulder-deep in Utah’s famous powder. The program, now in it’s 8th year, let's students ski or ride 50+ days, while earning 12-16 transferable credits from Westminster, one of the West's top-ranked colleges.  Students receive a season passes (from the Canyons, Snowbird, or Alta) and participate in other fun activities like backcountry skiing/riding, yurt camping, avalanche training, and snowmobiling. The program also offers students the opportunity to learn more about the winter sport and outdoor recreation industries through internships and a guest lecture series.

Enjoy this video that follows the journey of students on a backcountry ski trip into the Unita mountains all while earning school credit through Winter at Westminster.
