Park City, Utah (October 11, 2012) – Park City Mountain Resort today announced the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter as the recipient of the proceeds from the 10th annual Park City Mountain Resort Benefit Days. A limited number of specially priced $25 lift tickets will go on sale beginning Monday, October 15 and will be valid from Opening Day to December 16. The Resort will sell additional tickets benefitting the Park City Mountain Resort Legacy Fund, which funds the Resort’s continuing support of local non-profit organizations and is managed by the Park City Foundation.
“Benefit Day was established to give back to the community and has become a pillar for local non-profits, raising over $500,000 since 2003,” said Jenni Smith, President and General Manager of Park City Mountain Resort. “The Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter was selected as this year’s beneficiary because of their commitment to preserving the Park City area’s natural resources and educating the community on the importance of that preservation.”

“The Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter is ecstatic to hear that they will be this year’s recipient of the Benefit Days lift ticket sales,” said Sally Tauber, Director of Business Development at Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter. “The proceeds from this year’s sales will support our community education programs for both children and adults.”
