SNOWBIRD, UT – As part of their Dine Around promotion, four restaurants at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort are offering a special three-course dinner for only $30 for the month of June. The Lodge Bistro, The Aerie, The Steak Pit and El Chanate are all participating in the deal.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for our guests to explore the different restaurants at Snowbird,” said Bret Johnson, Snowbird’s Director of Food and Beverage. “Whether you are in the mood for sushi, Mexican, or bistro fare, Snowbird has something for every craving.”
The Lodge Bistro, The Steak Pit and The Aerie will change their Dine Around menu each night. A few possible examples of dishes The Aerie will serve are a red and gold beet soup with arugula and herb goat cheese; braised pork cheek with creamy polenta; pan seared sea bass with braised leeks and fennel with red butter sauce; and petite filet with wild mushrooms and roasted potatoes.
El Chanate will offer their signature El Chanate Salad, a cup of El Chanate Tortilla Soup, and the choice of Sopes de Asada, Pork Chile Colorado or Pollo en Rajas con Crema with traditional flan for dessert.
Beginning June 8, Snowbird Summer Activities will be open daily, including the Alpine Slide, Mountain Flyer, Bungy Trampolines, Ropes Course, Climbing Wall, Air Jumper, Mechanical Bull and Kids’ Inflatables. The Tram will open Friday, June 15, and Peruvian Chairlift and Tunnel are scheduled to open Fourth of July weekend.
