The Ski Utah Fifth Grade Ski & Snowboard Passport is the best way for 5th Graders to experience the Greatest Snow on Earth®. The Passport allows you to ski or snowboard FREE* at each of Utah's 13 participating resorts. That's 39 days of FREE* skiing and snowboarding.

The Passport not only includes FREE* lift tickets for you, but it also has special deals on equipment rentals, lessons and other activities for you and other members of your family.

To find out information on Utah's great ski areas, check us out at www.skiutah.com/. You'll have access to daily snow reports, special deals, events and activities and a whole lot more.

*A $15.00 processing fee will be charged for each Passport. ($25.00 after January 31st, 2008) For the safety of all participants, we require a paying adult to accompany you when using the Passport (one adult for every two Passport users.)

The Passport is valid during the 2007/2008 ski season except some blackout dates at some resorts. Passports will be mailed after Mid-November 2007. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of the 5th grade ski & snowboard passport. For the safety of all participants, we require a paying adult to accompany you when using the Passport (one adult for every two Passport users.)

Your Passport will not be validated or sent until you read this agreement, completely answer the survey form questions and sign the consent form on the application.
