The event will start with a Beer and Food ‘Flight’ where each guest will be given a complimentary glass to take with them. Guest will then be seated ‘beer hall’ style to commence the 4-course pre-fixe dinner. Uinta will be on hand to discuss their beers and the chef will be in the dining room between courses to discuss culinary selection and preparation. $75 per person.
