Dark Sky Stargazing During Perseid Meteor Shower

A Snowbasin Resort guest favorite. This year we are excited to offer this night of stargazing during the annual Perseid Meteor Shower. Dark Sky viewing is the best way to Star Gaze and from Needles Lodge at 9000 feet, it’s even better. We encourage guests to bring their own telescopes or binoculars to admire the dark sky a little closer. Earl’s Lodge will also be open for snacks and refreshments. Needles Lodge at the top of the mountain will also be serving full service. Events begin at 6:30 pm and the Gondola begins loading at 7:00 pm until 10:30 pm. Needles and Earl’s Lodge – Gondola will be running. Free for 18/19 Premier Season Pass Holders and 2018 Summer Pass Holders. $14 Adult (18 and over); $10 Youth (7-17); Free for 6 Under
