Explore the bounty of all Utah local items in a highly creative 5-course dinner. This dining event has been the talk of the town for the last four summers. Talk to the local purveyors, artisans, and farmers as well as the chefs. Also, visit with our community supported agriculture partners like Borski Farms. This culinary event is the cornerstone of the Dining Discovery dinners and showcases some of our best at Snowbasin Resort.

Aunt Hill Farms Yak slider topped with fried butternut squash and gold creek smoked cheddar cheese with a chive pesto on a house made bun
Second Course
Roasted beet and watermelon salad dressed with Slide Ridge honey vinaigrette topped with fresh herbs
Third Course
Grilled corn chowder with roasted poblano and local potatoes topped with Shepherds goat Cheese
Fourth Course
Seared Ballard farms pork chop glazed with O – Town Plum jalapeno jelly on a bed of a warm barley, kale and fennel slaw served with farm fresh vegetables
Dessert Course
Duo of Sünnte Kombucha sorbet with a shortbread cookie
