June 15th: Justin Wheatley
We’re pleased to welcome Utah local Justin Wheatley to the Art Studio. Justin Wheatle was born and raised in Clinton, Utah. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Utah State University with an emphasis in drawing and painting and a Masters in Education from National University. His work is influenced by his love for nature and architecture. Justin currently resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and four daughters.

June 29th: Annie Farley
Annie Farley is an in-house artist at the Sundance Art Studio, and we’re lucky to enjoy her expertise and experience! Annie works with poured paint, building images layer by later and painting with a palette knife to bring life and texture to her work. Come enjoy this unique and beautiful expression. Her work will be on display for two weeks.

July 13th: Jake Buntjer
Mister Pauper – aka Jake Buntjer – creates unique and evoking pieces from discarded and dying objects and has been featured in galleries and exhibits throughout the state. Jake’s work has been previously featured in the gallery, and he will be making found object sculptures that will be on display for two weeks. Enjoy the individual process he brings to this form of sculpture.

July 27th: Steven Adams
Steven Adams is a local artist and was featured as part of the plein air festival last year! His pieces have been displayed in art galleries across the Western United States. His depictions of nature combine realism with texture and beautiful colors.

August 10th: Colby Sanford
Colby A. Sanford grew up in a humble and unconventional home. He was encouraged to paint on the walls of his room, taught how to fix vintage cars, and didn’t have a bedtime. Colby recently spent 4 years in Far East Asia, and now his most precious moments are spent at home (cooking, woodworking, sewing, adventure planning, orange juice tasting) with his wife and little babe.

September 28th: Lehi Sanchez
An environmental activist, Lehi Sanchez is a talented creative voice whose work touches cultural and environmental issues. Lehi incorporates a variety of techniques. He will displaying his handmade Navajo brim hats.

October 26th: Brandt Berntson
We’re pleased to welcome Brandt Berntson as a visiting artist. Brandt is a Utah native who received his BFA from Utah State University in painting and drawing and has studied art in Germany. He currently works in his home studio and in plein air.
