Celebrate Dad with a Park City Meals, Gifts He Won’t Soon Forget

PARK CITY, Utah (June 2016) — Take dad to a Park City restaurant this Father’s Day for a meal he won’t soon forget.

On Sunday, June 19, restaurants across the Park City area are offering a range of special menus and items, from complimentary lobster at Grub Steak, to Kobe beef burgers at Red Rock, to a bevy of delicious new grill items at Deer Valley Grocery Café. 

“We’ve got something for everyone this Father’s Day,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. “Join us for a fun, tasty, stress-free and memorable meal or gift that’s sure to make dad’s day.”

DEER VALLEY GROCERY CAFÉ

New Grill Menu

Father’s Day marks the opening of the Deer Valley Grocery Café’s new grill. From 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., enjoy an all-natural Niman Ranch beef burger or hot dog; marinated chicken breast; Mexican grilled corn with garlic aioli, cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, lime and Deer Valley oomph spice; and grilled juustolepia and vegetable skewers, made with Heber Valley halloumi-style cheese, roasted zucchini, marinated artichoke hearts, cherry tomato, fresh arugula, crispy onions and tarragon aioli on a stone-ground poppy-seed bun. All items are served with house-made trio of chips and Yee-Haw honey sweet pickles.

A taste of the sea is coming to Park City this Father’s Day: Dads receive a complimentary 6-oz. lobster with any entrée at the area’s longest-running steakhouse. Enjoy some of the best steaks in town, plus a range of desserts and Grub Steak’s famed salad bar.

Red Rock, home to award-winning craft beers and delicious food at Red Rock Junction, is serving steak and Kobe burger specials for Father’s Day, plus $2 Bloody Marys and mimosas.
