Disc Golf Pro's Come to Ogden

Utah Open Presented by Prodigy Disc

Ogden, Utah (June 3, 2018) - A disc golf tournament to be held at Mulligans in Ogden, Utah on June 22nd‐24th (9:00 a.m. start each day). This is a PDGA A Tier/Disc Golf Pro Tour event, bringing the best players in the world to Ogden.

The Utah Open is going into its fourth year with hundreds of people having played. We have had players from all over the world. It will be a Disc Golf Pro Tour event for the second year in a row making it one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world. With live video coverage, a disc festival and large galleries of spectators, it will be fun for all.

Mulligans is a championship disc golf course that has challenged the best players in the world. It was installed in 2014 on a golf course with a length of around 8,000 feet. It has seven ponds and unpredictable winds making it very challenging. Thanks to Bill Morris for his positive support in our growing sport. Location: 1690 W 400 N, Ogden, Utah 84404.

We are also pleased to be teaming up with Infinite Disc for our Utah Open AM tournament. Infinite Disc is one of the largest disc retailers in the world. We are planning between 150 and 200 contestants for this PDGA A tier tournament that will start on June 21st and finish on June 23rd. The Utah Open AM tournament will take place at the new disc golf course at Fort Buenaventura called The Fort. The Fort is a new championship level course that will challenge anyone. Team Utah Open, Prodigy Disc and the Disc Golf Pro Tour will have extra help running the tournament this year, Visit Ogden and Weber County are getting involved and plan to help.
