Park City Mountain Announces 2017-18 Winter Operating Dates

PARK CITY, UT (May 2017) – Today, Park City Mountain announced operating dates for the 2017-18 ski and snowboard season. The Park City Base Area is scheduled to open on Friday, November 17, 2017 and the Canyons Village Base Area is scheduled to open on Wednesday, November 22. Park City Mountain will close for the season on Sunday, April 8, 2018.

Last season, Park City Mountain enjoyed one of the snowiest winters in years with 455 inches of fresh powder at the Jupiter Snow Stake. With snow on the mind, now is the best time to start planning for next year’s ski season and once again, kids get to ski free at Park City Mountain through the Epic SchoolKids Utah program. Utah kindergarten through fifth graders can sign up for the free program online now and will get five free days of skiing or riding at Park City Mountain next season.
