Get copies of the Ski Utah Fitness Award Training Log from your school teacher or download it from this web site.
Track the required activities in your Training Log over a 6-8 week training period and have an adult verify your progress.
Mail your completed Ski Utah Fitness Award Training Log to Ski Utah by the date listed on the Log sheet.

Color a "workout boulder" for each workout you complete.

each aerobic workout consists of 1 aerobic activity
each strength workout consists of 3 activities: core strength,
    upper body strength and lower body strength
each skill workout consists of 2 skill activities


 

Plan on completing your training in 6 weeks.
