Sunday: Celebrate the 26th Annual Nouveau Beaujolais Festival. The Wasatch Mountain Food and Wine Society presents the 26th anniversary of the Nouveau Beaujolais Festival at Deer Valley Resort in the Silver Lake Lodge. Featured wines will include Nouveau Beaujolais served in casks and bottles with traditional Burgundian food.
