Heli-Ski Corn Harvest

The weather is warming up as Utah enters the spring ski season. That means it's time to start harvesting the corn snow. In the spring, snow freezes overnight, but, as it warms in the morning sun it becomes a smooth edge-able surface. Dedicated corn skiers covet this springtime tradition.
