Experience Utah’s Wasatch backcountry by interconnecting six resorts in one day. Ever wonder what the skiing is like on the other side of the rope? The Ski Utah Interconnect Adventure Tour offers a safe, exciting and unique way to experience the Wasatch mountain backcountry via routes in and out of up to six different ski resorts. Seasoned guides lead the way to fabulous off-piste turns, incredible views and a day not soon forgotten.

Tours depart daily from Deer Valley Resort or Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, and are led through Park City Mountain Resort, Solitude Mountain Resort, Brighton Resort and Alta Ski Area. Cost of the Tour includes guide service, lunch, lift access and transportation back to point of origin.

The Ski Utah Interconnect Adventure Tour gives an advanced to expert skier the opportunity to experience the magnificent beauty and incredible backcountry terrain of the Wasatch Mountain Range. Tours operate seven days a week, weather and conditions permitting, and are open to advance to expert skiers in good physical condition. Due to the nature of the Interconnect Adventure Tour, snowboarding is not permitted. Guests will ski backcountry routes between and through as many as six resorts in one day. Interconnect Adventure Tour guides are trained in snow safety and backcountry etiquette.

The Interconnect Adventure Tour is $295 per person and includes guide service, lunch, lift access, transportation back to point of origin and a finisher’s pin (gratuity not included). Participants must be 16 years or older. Participants between ages 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This tour is not designed for the timid. The trip requires some walking, traversing, and the ability to ski in diverse snow conditions. Tour operates from mid-December through mid-April, conditions and weather permitting.

Departures:
Deer Valley Tour Departure Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Includes Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Solitude Mountain Resort, Brighton Ski Resort, Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. This tour covers an average of 25 miles per tour.

Snowbird Tour Departure:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Includes Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, Alta Ski Area, Brighton Ski Resort and Solitude Mountain Resort. This tour covers 21 miles per tour.

Interconnect Partners

Canyon Transportation is the official transportation company of the Ski Utah Interconnect Tour. Offering special rates for Interconnect clients the morning of the tour and custom drop offs after the tour's completion.

If you are interested in booking a special transit, please contact Canyon Transportation by calling (800)-255-1841. Special rates apply for Interconnect clients the day of the tour. All special requests must be made through Canyon Transportation.

For your Park City & Deer Valley convenience, Cole Sport is offering a 20% discount on all Rossignol ski rentals for Interconnect clients. Cole Sport has two convenient locations:

• Park Avenue shop, located in downtown Park City (open 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily)
• Silver Lake Village shop, located at Deer Valley Resort (open 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily)

Cole Sport also offers online reservations. Visit their online rental reservation system.  Please make your online reservations at least 72-48 hrs. prior to pick-up. 

For your Snowbird & Salt Lake convenience, Christy Sports is offering a 20% discount on all Rossignol ski rentals for Interconnect clients. Christy Sports has two convenient locations:

• Snowbird shop, located on the Snowbird Tram deck (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily)
• Mount Olympus shop. located on Wasatch Blvd, near the bottom of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake City (open M-F 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. & Sun 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.) 

All Interconnect participants will be outfitted with Ortovox's latest avalanche beacon, the 3+. The 3+ model represents a monumental step in avalanche transceiver advancement.
