From local DIY powerhouse, SLUG Magazine comes the 11th annual SLUG Games. Started way back in 2000 as a platform for local athletes to raise their competing muscle against other local athletes at the new terrain parks that were appearing on mountains across the Wasatch Front. In the years, nearly half of Utah resorts have hosted the SLUG Games with unique contests constantly being introduced. This years events are free and open to skiers and snowboarders. The first contest will be at Park City Mountain Resort on January 8th with registration at 2 pm and contest starting at 4 pm. Find out waiver information and future contests at www.sluggames.com
