Powder Mountain is a really amazing place and when you add on the ridiculously affordable Lightning Ridge and Rain Tree cat skiing it gets epic. Well, I just spent a day on the Powder Safari Snowcats and had my mind blown. Just outside the 5500 acres in bounds at Powder Mountain lies another 3000 acres accessed by the Powder Safari. It's got something for everyone: tree lines, mellow lines, steep lines, pillow lines, and of course deep lines. Check it out.
