After completing the backcountry introductory class in February, I was waiting for the opportunity to get out into the great wide-open and ride some fresh lines. With the perfect storm of March 17 – 19, Brighton Ski Resort received 35” of new snow prompting shredders to get out and ski some amazing, fluffy face shots.

Ski with a ranger and snow good enough to eat!

The Cottonwood Canyons have a great free program to learn about wildlife, the watershed and the environment. It's called Ski with a ranger. And with all the great FEET of snow we've received...Emily thinks it's good enough to eat!
