The Ski Utah Fifth Grade Ski & Snowboard Passport is the best way for 5th Graders to experience the Greatest Snow on Earth®. The Passport allows you to ski or snowboard FREE* at each of Utah's 13 participating resorts. That's 39 days of FREE* skiing and snowboarding.
The Passport not only includes FREE* lift tickets for you, but it also has special deals on equipment rentals, lessons and other activities for you and other members of your family.

*A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for each Passport. ($35.00 after January 31, 2010) Accompanying adults encouraged.
The Passport is valid during the 2009/2010 ski season except for the following blackout dates: Deer Valley Resort - December 26, 2009-January 1, 2010 & February 13-15, 2010. Solitude Resort - December 19,2009-January 4, 2010. Snowbird - Valid December 19, 2009-April 4, 2010. Passports will be mailed after Mid-November 2009. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of the 5th grade ski & snowboard passport.
Your Passport will not be validated or sent until you read this agreement, completely answer the survey form questions and sign the consent form on the application.
