Sprint U.S. Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix at Canyons

Back for year 2, Canyons will play host to the Sprint U.S. Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix! Come check out the world's best male and female Snowboardcross (SBX) and Skicross (SX) riders as they race head-to-head here at the resort. Top athletes from around the globe are expected to attend, including top U.S. athletes Seth Westcott, Nate Holland, Jonathan Cheever, Graham Watanabe, Lindsey Jacobellis, Faye Gulini and more!

The course is located primarily on Doc’s Run, off the Orange Bubble Express, with the finish line on the Ski Beach in the Resort Village. This event is free to the public at the finish, with a lift ticket required to access the competition using chairlifts. Guests can watch the event alongside the course on Doc’s Run. Come out and take a few turns while watching the event!

12:30pm-3:00pm: SBX Practice

Thursday, February 9: 
8:30am-12:30pm: SX Qualifiers
1:00pm-3:00pm: SBX Practice 

Friday, February 10: 
9:00am-11:00am: SBX Practice
12:00pm-3:00pm: SBX Qualifiers

Saturday, February 11: 
10:00am-1:00pm: SX Finals (Awards Immediately Following)
2:00pm-3:00pm: The North Face Junior Jam (Awards Immediately Following)
3:30pm-5:00pm: Live Concert by Ozomatli in the Resort Village

Sunday, February 12: 
10:00am-1:00pm: SBX Finals (Awards Immediately Following)
