This American Bistro offers homemade soups, house smoked turkey and ham, delicious pastas, salads and irresistible appetizers like the baked Artichoke pie. A key to Dodo's long time success is Ramon Montelongo, award winning pastry Chef, who has been tempting the sweet tooth of Utah diners for over two decades.
