Sundance offers the rare combination of a pristine back country experience, immaculate wide groomed trails, and separate snowshoe trails. A full 15 kilometers of daily groomed trails are available for skating and classic cross country skiing.
Snowshoers can explore our terrain on 10 kilometers of dedicated trails through the woods.
The Nordic Center is a full service facility with rentals and new demo equipment available for all ages and abilities. Coaching sessions for all levels are available daily.
*To keep our trails maintained for all of our guests, pets are not allowed on any of the Nordic Center trails.

Trails are open daily during the winter season from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Maximize your cross-country skiing or snowshoeing experience in one of the most beautiful settings in the Rocky Mountains with instruction and equipment from the Sundance Resort Nordic Center.
Traditional Cross Country, Skating, and Snowshoeing for beginners and even competitive levels are all coached by certified professionals that really understand the blend of fun and performance skill improvement.
Nordic Center Instruction
Private and semi-private coaching may be held at any time.
Group and learn to ski programs are run daily during the winter season at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm

Experience the solitude of a Mount Timpanogos winter landscape on a professionally-guided Snowshoe tour. We'll call for owls on the trail, and wildlife experts will use live owls in teaching about wildlife in winter.
Cost: $30 per person
Includes guided tour, Snowshoe rental, and use of the trails.

Cross Country Ski or Snowshoe by the light of the full moon. Plan a fun and unique date night or bring the whole family up to explore our amazing wooded trails at night. This is an unguided experience so you are free to roam the trials at your leisure. It is recommended to bring a headlamp.
Cost: $15 per person
Includes equipment rental and use of the trails
