Vinto serves wood-fired pizzas, salads, daily soup and pasta special, antipasto, a traditional Italian flatbread called piadina, wrapped round a variety of savory fillings, house-made desserts, gelato and sorbetto. Prices range from $6 to $11. The restaurant has a full-service liquor license for wine, beer and cocktails. Servers use hand-held devices that allow them to send orders wirelessly to the kitchen.  Vinto is located at 418 East 200 South in Salt Lake City.

Vinto is open 7 days a week. Lunch and Dinner are served Monday through Thursday from 11:00am until 10:00pm; Friday and Saturday from 11:00am until 11:00 pm; and, Dinner is served Sunday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm.
