Are you a frequent flyer with “status,” who always has insider info, and a general travel whiz? Or are you more of a travel novice hoping to get to the right place in one piece? Wherever you fall in this spectrum, there are some excellent options to make your travel to and from Utah this winter season more convenient with a touch of VIP feel.

We know traveling can be different for everyone. Whether you’re single, a couple with flexibility, or a family with young kids, navigating an unfamiliar airport, schlepping oversized luggage (skis and snowboard gear) and ensuring everyone in your family is accounted for can make for a hectic journey. To enhance your travel, save time and increase your comfort, we’re sharing some services that will do just that.

Let’s start at the airport.

If you’re traveling with young kids, have lots of baggage, or just want an extra set of helping hands at the airport, SkySquad is an affordable option. At $49 for individuals or couples and $99 for families for one hour (rates increase with extra time), you get access to someone who helps with loading and unloading your car, luggage tagging, check-in process, expedited security lines and even retrieve your snacks for the flight. SkySquad wants everyone to feel like a VIP!

How about complimentary cocktails, fresh food options, free high-speed Wi-Fi and other amenities to keep the VIP vibe going? The Delta Air Lines Sky Club is a comfortable lounge to get work done, relax, or freshen up before your flight. You can access any Delta Sky Club with an annual membership (starting at $545 a year) or having select America Express credit cards. Additionally, access is granted when traveling internationally.

You’ve touched down in beautiful Utah. Now what?

Skip the transportation apps, wait time, inconsistent pricing and questionable vehicles with other transportation services. Snow Country Limousine guarantees luxury transportation to and from any of Utah’s world-class resorts with a local, knowledgeable driver in a luxury full-sized SUV (or larger vehicle options depending on your group size) that fits five people plus all the luggage and ski gear. Car seats and booster seats are free, so one less thing you have to bring for your dream ski vacation.

If you’d rather leave your gear at home, no problem. Ski Butlers delivers ski rentals to you easily and conveniently. Reserve the equipment you want online or by calling, relax while they fit you in your accommodations, and have peace of mind knowing you have full equipment support while you ski, and they’ll come to pick everything up on your last day. Ski Butlers’ pricing is typically the same or less than most resort ski shops. While there are other services like this, Ski Butlers works exclusively with Rossignol (so their equipment is always from a top brand) and offers consistency across locations (no matter the resort, state, or country your ski vacation takes you). They recently joined 1% for the climate and continue to donate 1% of their annual sales to environmental causes.

OK, you’re at one of Utah’s world-class resorts, settled in and now you’re hungry.

Alta Provisions knows how overwhelming the dining aspect can be while on vacation. That’s why they offer three services that’ll cover you for any dining desires. Their team can deliver groceries (often before you arrive) and stock the pantry, bring ready-made meals (if you want to handle the serving and cleanup yourselves), and have local, private chefs available to customize your dinner experience (no prepping, cleaning, or organizing required). Reservations made at least three days before your trip is highly recommended.

Now, get ready to travel, eat and shred in style just a little bit easier.
