Okay, so in this social media age of #selfies and "look what I did today" mentality, here's one for you. The Ski Utah Interconnect Tour. Whether you're a local shredder or live in a big city, this is your ticket to ski through Utah's incredible backcountry, guided by Ski Utah's expert guides who will serve up backcountry turns for you while linking four to six resorts all in one day. A day like this is worthy of serious bragging rights. This one-of-a-kind European ski tour can be had right here in the heart of Utah's Rocky Mountains.
Here are 8 reasons why you should sign up for the Interconnect Tour today:
These Eight reasons barely even get the conversation going, there's so many more amazing things about this day, like free lunch and the chance to sample more resorts than people ski in one year. Seriously, this is the year to give the Interconnect Tour a try.
Did you know? You can book your own private tour
That's it, that's all, let us know if you have any questions. In the meantime here's more dreamy photos from a recent tour that went out the second week of January 2015.

Is it possible to navigate this route on a Snowboard? Do you rent Splits?
I am an Expert Boarder (w/Avy training), but an Intermediate Skier. I am confident I could navigate any downhill section that would be on a tour using a board, and handle the trekking on split board skis, but do not own a Split.
I am the owner of www.phillytrips.com, and am looking at a group trip out to SLC in late March. Most of my customers ski, but myself and a few others are on boards. Group Rates?

Fabulous pics. I've had 30% meniscus removed from both knees, resulting in shorter ski days. More of an middle intermediate skier now. What level of knee stamina is the cutoff for doing Interconnect Tour? Thx

Helen, 50% of the tour's requirements are ski ability & 50% sits in the fitness realm. By defining yourself as a middle intermediate skier, it would not meet our requirements of being an advanced to an expert skier. The day, with either tour, is an all-day adventure, starting at 9am and finishing at 4pm, the terrain we ski varies vastly from inbounds groomers to unmarked tree skiing. There are several mandatory side-stepping sessions (skis on) that we will utilize to complete the tour, and those I fear would be one of the most taxing parts of the day for you. As much as we would love to get you out on the tour, I would default to your hesitation due to injury. Also, if you haven't watch our intro video on the tour, please take minute to do so, as I think it will help give you a true depiction of the day: http://www.skiutah.com/explore/the-interconnect-tour/frequently-asked-questions
