I found you on YouTube.
I am building a website called Bodies of Evidence about health and fitness over 50. On this site, I will be posting profiles of people whose bodies are evidence of the lifestyle choices they have made.
Would you consider being one of those profiles? My goal is to eventually have hundreds of profiles evidencing that how we live our latter years is 70% a matter of choice.
PLEASE say yes!
The website includes information on exercise (weight training, aerobics, etc.) as well as nutrition. There will be articles on various subjects related to health and fitness.
You are one of those bodies of evidence -- living memorials that certain things work and certain things do not -- sometimes in spite of what the medical profession told us decades ago. We said no to the naysayers. Some of us started later in life; but, we were able to reap the benefits at any age -- and it's never late to start! :). That is my message.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm truly inspired by George and would love to have him as my VIP guest to interview him on my brand new podcast "Destination For Greatness". Is there any way someone can put me in direct contact with George, that would be super awesome and I'd be very grateful! Thanks - Sohan

George - I would love to meet you.
I am out skiing through Jan 1st and then again on Jan 10th and 11th.
Let me know if you will be coming up to Alta or snowbird any of those days. Or if we can meet for a coffee or lunch my treat at the new Hyatt / Starbucks close to the mouth of the canyon just of of 215 highway exit 6.
Truly an admirer
