Real estate transactions range from simple to complex, but often you won’t know until well into the process. This is when a highly experienced and trained professional pays off – in both saved dollars and stress! Erika Wiggins is a Certified Residential Specialist, which means she's one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. She has built a career advocating for buyers and sellers.
“I would highly recommend her because she's not trying to sell you a house, she genuinely wants you to find your dream home.” Houng S.
In addition to having over a decade of experience, Erika is deeply involved in the community and Utah ski scene. I’ve had several clients whose criteria included ‘minutes to the mountain!’” shares Erika, “Inevitably we end up skiing, hiking, or biking together, because that’s what Salt Lake Living is all about.”
In her free time, Erika writes for SkiUtah.com and Ski Utah Magazine. She strongly believes in giving her time and expertise. She serves as a trustee on the Sugar House Community Council, and is a member of its Planning and Zoning Committee, where she has an opportunity to express one of her deepest passions…property owner advocacy. Erika also volunteers as a groundskeeper at Gilgal Sculpture Garden. There she is able to get her hands dirty while maintaining one of Salt Lake’s quirkiest cultural treasures (you really should check it out!) Not looking to buy or sell just yet, but have questions about the area, real estate market, or perhaps need a good hiking trail? Reach out to Erika – she’s happy to share all things related Salt Lake Living.
