A large fireplace and western memorabilia add to the rustic yet cozy feel. A trip to the famed salad bar, stretching the length of the exhibition kitchen grill, Caesar salad or wild rice and mushroom soup are included with the main courses. All entrees are served with your choice of side dishes. Not to be missed are the signature bread pudding with vanilla and High West Bourbon sauce and the famous mud pie. Young adults and children's as well as gluten free menus are available. For a quick and tasty lunch try the soup, salad and sandwich bar or one of the home-ground sirloin burgers, fresh salads and sandwiches.
