SAFERmtn Basecamp

In conjunction with NSAA Safety Month. Snowbasin has a fun-filled weekend to raise safety awareness around the resort. Stop by the base of Middle Bowl Triple on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday during MLK weekend from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm to explore all the different aspects of safety on the mountain. We will have a beacon park, avalanche dogs demonstrations, Know the Code activities, Speed and Space illustrations, chairlift safety, cool prizes, the SAFERmtn gondola and more! On Saturday, Intermountain Healthcare will be joining us as well to share the importance of lids on kids and sun safety. Avalanche Dog Demonstrations: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm daily. Beacon Park will be open the whole time with Ski Patrol to help practice beacon searches and probing skills. An old Wildcat Chair will be placed in the area to highlight lift safety.
