Summer Brew & Backyard BBQ Celebration

Kick off the first weekend of Summer operations at Snowbasin Resort with a Summer Brew & Backyard BBQ Celebration!

Earl’s Lodge Patio lights up an exploration of all the summer craft beers that are available from Wasatch & Squatters. All American BBQ fare will be paired and set-up in stations around the patio where our culinary experts will dazzle the senses with both the familiar and the exotic and have you coming back for more.

The evening will start with a flight of beers and special appetizers, and then a ‘social’ dinner will start around 7pm. The Brewer will be on hand to discuss the beers and how they are brewed.

$45 includes food and beverage. Entertainment provided.
