Wildflowers of Snowbasin Guided Tour

Enjoy Snowbasin’s diverse landscape filled with wildflowers, shrubs, trees and other natural wonders. Your guide will help you identify flowers and plants along the way, and discuss how weather, wildlife and geology also shape the environment. The hike leaves from the top of the Needles Gondola and depending on the group, can either return to Needles for a scenic ride back down or the hike can continue to the base area. Length and difficulty can be adjusted to fit the group. Purchase Wild Snowbasin in the Grizzly Center to follow along. Difficulty: Moderate to Strenuous Duration: 3 hours Age: 12+

Upper mountain tours (all tours except Disc Golf) require a lift ticket ($5 add-on) or a season pass for gondola access. Snack break and snack included on tour. Tours meet in the rental shop and most tours end at Needles Lodge, where lunch is available for purchase. FULL SUMMER 2015 SATURDAY GUIDED TOUR SCHEDULE Come prepared for a mountain adventure : closed-toes shoes and water bottle are required. Sunscreen, hat, rain gear and cameras recommended. Tours are geared towards families and adults.
