The Brass Tag
The Brass Tag, located in the Lodges at Deer Valley, will open on Thursday, December 17, nightly for dinner.
The Brass TagTM menu features Deer Valley-inspired brick oven cuisine including fresh local produce, sustainably sourced seafood and meats, build your own pizzettes and unique, shareable appetizers. A full bar, beer and wine are also available. Open daily year-round. Winter hours are 5:30 to 9 p.m. serving the full dinner menu and summer hours are 4 to 9 p.m. serving the full dinner menu from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
