Uinta Recreation is Utah and Park City's premiere snowmobiling experience.  5-Star service, combined with new equipment each year and our own private trail head accessing millions of acres of public land and trails means nothing but a 5-star experience!  

Choose from a true back country guided tour - geared for those with previous experience who prefer to get off the trail and explore the back country.  Perfect for those seeking more adventure and a unique experience.  Back Country guides are professional riders with avalanche training, WFR certification and equipped with GPS messaging devices, 2 way radios and equipment to ensure a safe and amazing experience.  

Experience a private guided trail snowmobile tour. Unlike our competitors who will simply schedule your group with dozens of others we offer a true private guided tour. This means that your group will be the only group scheduled with our guides for that time block. This enables us to cater the experience to you and your group! 

Or book a self-guided rental for either a full day or half day.  Trails are groomed by the state and marked with orange markers and easy to follow.  We provide a google maps overlay allowing you to track your exact location on the trail system with your smart phone, so you always know exactly where you are!  Uinta Recreation provides detailed operation instructions and discusses communications and goes over a map prior to leaving on the self guided tour.  Making for an easy and informative process!  Each group leaves as their own group making this a private experience with your group only.  No following a line of 20 other snowmobiles like some other tours out there.  Go at the pace of your group and stop for pictures when you feel the need.  You are in control of this unique and amazing experience!

Gear and extras!  Forget something or not have the appropriate gear?  We have you covered!  You can rent boots, coats and bibs.  Goggles, premium helmets are available as well.  On the safety front, you can rent GPS communications devices, 2-way radios, safety backpacks and avy gear!  Additionally we have balaclavas, gloves and neck warmers available for sale along with other extras and supplies!  Literally everything you might need for a 5-star experience!

Private trail head!  We have our own private trail head where after stopping by our office for paperwork, map and gear you simply drive to our private trail head at 8000' elevation, park your car and ride!  After your ride, check the equipment in with our staff and you are on your way!  Amazingly simple process makes this easy and convenient!
