CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAYS AT EATING ESTABLISHMENT

PARK CITY, Utah (Dec. 2015) — The holidays are time for friends and family, and there’s no better place to celebrate than the Eating Establishment, Park City’s neighborhood home for warm service and delicious fare at family-friendly prices. 

The Eating Establishment, Park City’s longest-running full-service restaurant, will be serving special Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus: Christmas lunch for $15.95, dinner for $22.95, and New Year’s surf-and-turf dinner for two for just $59.99.

“We know the holidays can be a hectic time, so come on in and join us: relax with neighbors, reconnect with friends and family, and share some great eating at really great prices,” general manager Meredith Cervantes said. “We’d love to welcome and share the holidays with you here at the Eating Establishment.”

Christmas lunch features turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables. Dinner comes with a side salad or The Eating Establishment’s signature, homemade New England Clam Chowder. 

For New Year’s, enjoy mouth-watering filet mignon and lobster tail with potatoes and sautéed vegetables finished with delectable chocolate cake. 

For vegetarians, homemade wild-mushroom ravioli will be available for both Christmas and New Year’s.

Christmas lunch runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dinner will be served from 5 – 10 p.m.

In addition to the holiday specials being offered, The Eating Establishment will also be offering their new Winter menu including an appetizer of mussels and white wine, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, pan fried “Mountain Trout” and fresh roasted Prime Rib.
