DEER VALLEY RESORT, PARK CITY, UTAH (July 2016) – Deer Valley Resort is pleased to welcome Hector Armendariz as the new chef for The Brass Tag, the resort's gourmet brick-oven restaurant. Having worked in hotels and resorts for more than 10 years, Armendariz will oversee The Brass Tag's new menu, which features Deer Valley-inspired comfort food and specialized brick oven cuisine.

“Hector has shared his cooking prowess with some of the best hotels and resorts in the area,” said Jodie Rogers, director of food and beverage for Deer Valley Resort. “We look forward to the culinary delights and creative menu offerings he'll dish up at The Brass Tag.”
