EAT LOCAL, SHOP LOCAL AT THE EATING ESTABLISHMENT

March 4 2015

PARK CITY, Utah (March, 2015) — The fences are down and the festivities are on at Main Street Mall — and there’s no better place to fuel your winter shopping spree than the Eating Establishment.

Main Street Mall, next to Park City’s longest-running full-service restaurant, has just completed its long-awaited renovation, reopening a glittering destination for local shopping and eating. New stores include The Ugg Store, Lululemon, Gorsuch — your source for luxury ski equipment and apparel — and Robin’s Jean, a premier supplier of jeans and other high-end casual wear.

“This is a great place to buy so many great gifts at once, and to do so while supporting some great locally-owned shops and stores,” Eating Establishment general Ricc Esparza said. “The redesign looks beautiful, and we’re thrilled to help support fellow local businesses.”

Opened in 1972 when Park City was still just a budding tourist town, Eating Establishment has grown into a beloved Main Street staple, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Many menu items haven’t changed since day-one, including the legendary Miner’s Dawn skillet, made with seasoned potatoes, melted cheese, basted eggs and wheat toast. New menu items have been added over time to keep pace with changing tastes, but “The Double E” still holds true to its origins: traditional American food with a Western flare, served in a fun, friendly and casual setting, and all at affordable prices. There’s something for everyone at The Eating Establishment – especially families.

“When you’re ready for a break from shopping, come on in, have a seat, and enjoy some of the great food that’s kept locals and tourists coming back to Eating Establishment for more than 40 years,” said Esparza.

New menu items have been added over time to keep pace with changing tastes, but “The Double E” still holds true to its origins: traditional American food with a Western flare, served in a fun, friendly and casual setting, and all at affordable prices.
