SOLITUDE, Utah (December 2017) — ‘Tis the season to ring in the holidays with Solitude Mountain Resort’s annual winter festivities. “The holidays are a magical time in the mountains, and we welcome our guests to come celebrate with us,” said Solitude Mountain Resort General Manager Kim Mayhew. “We love that our family-friendly events, lively atmosphere, and incredible snow create unforgettable memories and lasting traditions for our Solitude friends and families.”

Solitude’s annual Winterfest begins Saturday, December 16, and runs through Monday, January 1, 2018. Solitude Village lodging guests are invited to participate in complimentary daily

activities scheduled during the 15-day Winterfest. Activities include s’mores parties, magicians, snowmen building contests, an Avalanche Dog Demonstration with a “mock” avalanche drill, and live contemporary folk music on Christmas Eve by Salzburger Echo.
