MONTAGE DEER VALLEY KICKS OFF 2016 - 2017 SKI SEASON WITH EXPANDED PROGRAMMING AT APRÈS LOUNGE & BEACH CLUB

PARK CITY, UTAH. (December 2016) – This winter season, the luxurious mountain retreat, Montage Deer Valley, is expanding its slope side après-ski experience with the Après Lounge & Beach Club and the launch of Veuve Clicquot Rich. The hotspot for winter sports enthusiasts will be open to all guests and locals starting December 18, and will feature a newly expanded “ski beach” and a new menu with signature cocktails featuring Veuve Clicquot Rich.

The Après Lounge & Beach Club celebrates the launch of Veuve Clicquot Rich, the newest Champagne from the renowned brand. Inspired by mixology and incredibly versatile, Clicquot Rich is an innovative Champagne that is meant to be served over ice and mixed with fresh ingredients including fruits, vegetables, teas and herbs, enhancing the overall cocktail experience. Sip signature and seasonal Clicquot Rich cocktails including the House-made Blueberry Compote or Fennel and Celery at the Après Lounge & Beach Club.

Guests can indulge in small bites and offerings at the Après Lounge & Beach Club with new menu items created by the resort’s culinary team such as Trio of Popcorn featuring Black Truffle and Chili-Lime, Finger Sandwiches with House-made Egg Salad and Caviar and a selection of Local Cheese & Charcuterie. A Tsar Nicoulai Caviar Tasting is also available in Crown Jewel or a combination of Golden Reserve & Reserve.

Adorned in Veuve Clicquot’s yellow hue, The Après Lounge & Beach Club is located directly behind Montage Deer Valley with direct access to the Ruby, Empire and Lady Morgan ski lifts of Deer Valley Resort.
