SOLITUDE, Utah (December 2017) — Solitude Mountain Resort and Bohemian Brewery announce the release of Solitude BrewSki Mountain Lager—a special brew created specifically for Solitude Mountain Resort. Available now in stores in 12-ounce cans and on draft at the resort just in time for the ski season and Christmas, Solitude BrewSki was originally created as a one- off beer as part of Bohemian Brewery’s “Brewer’Stache” line.
Solitude BrewSki was concocted while Bohemian Brewery shared a few beers with Staffan Ecklund and Andrew Fletcher of Solitude Mountain Resort’s food and beverage team. The team wanted to offer a winter/ski beer that was easy to enjoy on-mountain, without the heavy undertones and body typically associated with winter releases. A German-style Pilsner, Solitude BrewSki quickly rose in such popularity that Bohemian Brewery and Solitude Mountain Resort decided to release it as a standing offering.
Solitude BrewSki will officially be released during the Big Cottonwood Canyon BrewSki event at the Thirsty Squirrel on Thursday, December 21 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Solitude BrewSki will be offered at a special can price of $2.50/can or on draft at $6.25. At the event, guests can meet some of the Solitude Avalanche dogs and take part in a raffle for prizes.

About Solitude Mountain Resort
Solitude Mountain Resort is a pure, authentic and untarnished Utah territory. Serene or extreme, there's nothing between you and the perfect mountain day. Located in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah, the resort offers eight chairlifts, 77 runs, three bowls and 500 annual inches of snow spread over 1,200 acres for skiing and snowboarding.
Bohemian Brewery was established by Joe and Helen Petras in 2001. Originally from Czechoslovakia, the Petras family brought the old-world tradition of European lager brewing to Utah. Since then, with head brewer Brian Erickson at the helm, we have continued perfecting the art of “Old School Brew.” We invite you to enjoy our lagers and experience how the tradition lives on at Bohemian Brewery. NA ZDRAVI!
