Sundance Mountain Resort Hosts Second Annual Hog N’ Beer Event

SUNDANCE, Utah (September 6, 2019) — Sundance Mountain Resort is pleased to announce its second annual Hog N’ Beer event on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Guests are invited to join Sundance at The Foundry Grill for a celebration of good food and local craft beer. The event will begin with a selection of hors d’oeuvres featuring specialties like pig cheek corn dawgs with truffle tomato marmalade and country pate with beer jelly, cornichons, pickled shallots and grainy mustard, and local beer tasting pours. The starters will be followed by a 3-course dinner prepared by our Bavarian chef, with additional beer pairings.

Sundance has partnered with Vernal Brewing Company for this event. Vernal Brewing Company is one of the only woman-owned breweries in the state of Utah. They keep their beer simple with natural ingredients such as fruit and vegetable purees, locally roasted whole bean coffee, raw cocoa, Madagascar vanilla beans, dried spices, and grain from Idaho and Germany, to bring the highest quality and flavor. The yeast in Vernal’s beer is live so the flavor of beer changes over time, ensuring a unique experience.
