Park City, UT (Feb. 2015)- The Farm, located at Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah, earned a spot in the highly competitive annual Salt Lake Magazine Dining Awards, being recognized as a top 25 restaurant in the state of Utah. Marking the 25th anniversary of the dining awards, the Magazine constructed a list of “Utah’s 25 best restaurants” in the state. The awards were granted in no particular order and equal recognition was given to all 25 that made the cut. The Farm is one of only two restaurants in Park City to receive the recognition.
Executive Chef of Resort Fine Dining, Steven Musolf, and Sr. Director of Food and Beverage, Zeke Wray, were on hand to accept the award on Tuesday evening. The magazine praises Chef Steven’s dedication to the locavore concept of the restaurant, and a few menu items such as the Oxtail Onion Soup and Broccoli Casserole were highlighted as top dishes.
“We are truly honored to be recognized in this prestigious group of restaurants,” said Wray. “With over 200 restaurants alone in Park City, and thousands in the state, we could not be more excited for this award.
