Brian Head will open with five runs and a fully built terrain park, with terrain available on both the Giant Steps and Navajo sides of the mountain. All services will be operational at the Giant Steps Lodge, Navajo Lodge, Last Chair Saloon and Winter Sports School. Lifts start spinning at 9:30 a.m. More information can be found at brianhead.com.

“A few early season storms and recent cold temperatures helped Brighton and Brian Head hit the mark for their opening dates,” said Ski Utah President & CEO Nathan Rafferty. “We’re looking forward to getting out on the slopes and seeing more active weather move into the area as other resorts across the state prepare to open in the coming weeks.”
