In a patriotic celebration featuring Broadway stars Gary Mauer and Elizabeth Southard performing all your red, white, and blue favorites.

The Utah Symphony will perform in front of a beautiful backdrop of the Ogden Valley and Earl’s Lodge. The venue will open at 5:30pm. Arrive early for best seating options. The performance length will be approximately two hours with a 20-minute intermission. Earl’s Lodge will have food and drinks available starting at 5:30pm. A special symphony menu includes slow-roasted new york strip loin, roasted half chicken, grilled salmon filet, cobb salad, grilled fish tacos a sliced meats and cheeses tray, and much more. Delicious desserts include dark chocolate mousse with raspberry marscapone cheese, red wine poached pear, and chocolate dipped strawberries.

This year, a special activity for children will take place before the performance. Riverton Music’s Petting Zoo will be on site to encourage children to touch, play, and explore many different musical instruments. This is a wonderful way to introduce your children to the world of music by exploring the musical petting zoo and experiencing the Utah Symphony performance.

This exciting performance in a picturesque setting will benefit two wonderful local non-profits – the Ogden Symphony Ballet Association (OSBA) and the Snowbasin Adaptive Sports Education Foundation (SASEF). The OSBA provides symphony and ballet tickets to local community programs and schools, providing the opportunity for local residents and students who couldn’t otherwise enjoy the rich cultural experience of a symphony or ballet performance. The SASEF provides winter recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities in a friendly and safe learning environment. A private dinner and auction will be held additionally to benefit the SASEF prior to the performance which will include  premium reserved seating during the Symphony performance.
